FIONA WANG — At approximately 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, I received a call from Arcadia Police Department Officer Ted Williams warning me that two women were going to try to enter the building and should not be seated. He said one of them would wear a white dress and the other would wear a green dress. I recognized these women in the crowd outside. I was displeased with the person in green (suspect TAMMY VU), but I thought it might be a prank call, so I asked them to use their own table and keep an eye on them. This is a mistake. Nothing happened after they finished eating, but I left to see a vest peeking out under TAMMY VU's skirt with what seemed to be tied with explosives.
